David brings over 33 years of experience to South Sound 911 as the project manager of interior design and programming. David leads and inspires in the design and delivery teams ensuring that projects are complete on time and within budget.

Ian is president of ADG and has been with the firm since 1984. He has been involved in the planning and design of numerous emergency management, communications, and public safety facilities. He participates in all phases of architecture providing oversight for programming, master planning, design, and construction administration. He is an expert in both CPTED and CALEA design standards and will bring that expertise to the design of the new facility.

Susan Gantt, AIA, LEED AP
Specialty Design Project Manager
Susan is senior vice president of ADG and has been with the firm since 2007. She is a registered architect, holds a general contractor's license, and is a LEED AP by the U.S. Green Building Council. As one of the Studio Design Directors, she has worked on multiple emergency management, communications, and public safety projects. Because of her experience in programming, master planning, and designing these types of facilities, she is knowledgeable in NFPA, CALEA, and CPTED design standards. Susan is certified by the National Disaster Preparedness Center as an instructor on FEMA-based building design guidelines.

Daniel Taylor, Associate AIA

Daniel has over 10 years of experience in the field of public safety architecture. He has worked on several different types of projects including communications and emergency operations centers, and public safety facilities. His expertise centers around environmental hazard analysis, conceptual design, space planning, systems integration, design development, construction documents and construction administration.
He has extensive experience in extreme weather hardened facilities including building envelope detailing, exterior equipment protection, glazing protection, site security and engineering coordination. While dealing with the most critical of facilities, Daniel is devoted to designing sophisticated projects that incorporate sustainable practices. Natural day lighting, solar shading and energy-efficient design strategies are at the core of his philosophy.

Taw North, RCDD, LEED AP
Taw is a TLC Principal with more than 15 years of knowledge in designing and commissioning low-voltage technology systems in public safety, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities. Taw's expertise includes voice-data, security, access control systems, and audio-visual systems. He works closely with owners to assure their project's technology and equipment goals are met and systems are fully operational upon occupancy. Taw has instructed BICSI accredited courses, authored various technical papers regarding cabling and served as a contributing author for a LAN design guide.

Marwan is the Senior Project Manager for TLC’s Technology Operating Unit. With 12 years of experience with public safety, law enforcement, and government facilities, Marwan understands the unique needs of this project and will be a resource to the team for providing communications technology with flexibility and ease of use. Marwan manages large scale public safety projects ranging from $100,000 to $72M. Technology is constantly changing in these critically important building systems and the division is well versed in the latest technologies and systems and help identify the most appropriate systems when planning for a new facility. Marwan maintains connectivity with all industry leaders in the technology market to stay current with the latest technology so his clients are provided with the best technology to fulfill their current and future needs while remaining within budget.
Cliff has been in the Technology field for more than 26 years. He knows the ins-and-outs of all stages of audio and video, communications and technology, broadcast design and implementation, graphic system design, control systems engineering, networking technology using CAT6 based systems, wireless, and fiber optic, audio-video and teleconferencing design for classrooms, conference rooms, and boardrooms. As a Senior Specialty Designer, he uses his background to ensure that a coordinated project is delivered on time and within budget.
Redouane is experienced in designing, planning and troubleshooting wireless networks. He applies practical methods and strategies for designing WLAN equipment, regardless of vendor and WLAN architecture. His expertise falls in the wireless sector, as he is an Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE) with regards to Wi-Fi network design, deployment and maintenance.

His specialty is in the design of complex security systems including closed circuit televisions, access control, intrusion detection, monitoring, and related systems.
